Connections 1pm – 3pm
This daytime group meets fortnightly.
Before each study we share a delicious lunch of homemade soup and rolls, followed by cake and hot drinks. This is a great opportunity to catch up with one another and meet new friends.
During the second hour we spend some time praying together for specific requests and then learn more about the Bible through DVD or Small Group based Study Guides. Occasionally we have sung worship, and love to hear from others in our group about how God is encouraging them.
Cafe 10am – 12noon
Everyone is welcome to call in for a hot drink, bacon roll or slice of cake etc. Our dedicated team of volunteers are on hand to offer a warm welcome and a selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. Scones, toasted tea cakes and other weekly specials are available as well as a gluten free option. We serve Latte, Cappuccino, Americano and Espresso coffees as well as a selection of speciality teas. Why not become a regular, bring a friend and fill up your reward card – a free drink awaits for every 8 purchased.

Conversations @ Cornerstone
Join us on the 3rd Friday of each month at 7pm as we discuss the Christian faith in a relaxed cafe setting. Our meetings usually start with tea and coffee and a short bit of worship, often involving singing and prayer. This is followed by discussion on topics relating to faith and life.
We’re a friendly group of mixed ages and experiences who are exploring what it means to be a church and how we might do things differently. We want to build a church that meets the needs of the local community and we welcome anyone to join us, whatever your feelings about Christianity and regardless of whether or not you have ever been to church.
We also run occasional events during the year such as family fun days and Carol services, so watch out for news of what we’re doing next!
